Because I Wanted ToWhy can't I wear one earring on the side I choose
Why can't I cut my hair short
Why can't I talk the way I want to
Why can't I wear the opposite gender clothes
Why can't I choose to dislike sports
Why can't I dye my hair a certain color
Why can't I wear mostly black
And the reason why I can't, It's because some people have to be stereotypes and say what kind of person I am if I choose a style.
If you ask why I chose to dress and wear things that I like. It's because I wanted to.
So you have no right to judge for who and what I am.
A Child Who Couldn'tHe couldn't be one of the crowds
He couldn't dream and have his head in the clouds
He couldn't stop the shoves
He couldn't be loved
He couldn't stop his sorrow
He couldn't believe there is a tomorrow
A child who couldn't hurt his parents because he loves him too much even though they hurt him
Barbie Is No YouThe young brother went to check on his little sister by going up to her room.
He had noticed she was slouching with her dolls spread across the floor.
Sitting down next to her he asked,
" Why is little Sis so sad?"
The sister answered,
" I don't think I look pretty like Barbie."
His heart began to feel heavy to see her like that.
He looked at the Barbie dolls, picks up one, and started to break her limbs and tore off her head.
The sister tried to stop her brother, but as soon as he was finished he said,
" Look, Barbie can be broken easily, but sis is more stronger, and that what makes you pretty."
Then the sister smiled at her brother with joy in her heart.
I'm No DollHow do I put this?
I don't want to be a doll.
Sure they look pretty, but they are lifeless.
I have my own free will, and my own choice of style.
I love being natural, cause it isn't hard work.
So, I'm No Doll!
